TEJVON is a connected product engineering consultancy based in Bengaluru, India. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1Information We Collect
When you contact us through tejvon.com, we collect the information you voluntarily provide: your name, email address, company name, and a description of your engineering challenge or project. We do not collect information passively beyond standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) which are retained for 30 days.
We do not use analytics tracking cookies. We do not use advertising networks. We do not build behavioral profiles.
2How We Use Your Information
Contact form submissions are used exclusively to respond to your enquiry and prepare for a technical consultation. We do not add you to any mailing list without explicit consent. We do not share your information with third parties except where required by law.
Form submissions are processed by Formspree, Inc. (formspree.io). Their privacy policy governs data handling at the point of submission.
3Client Confidentiality
All information shared with TEJVON in the course of an engagement — technical details, product roadmaps, architecture, business plans — is treated as confidential. We sign Non-Disclosure Agreements before any substantive technical discussion. This is standard practice, not an optional arrangement.
4Data Retention
Contact enquiries are retained for a maximum of 24 months from the date of initial contact, or for the duration of a client engagement plus 12 months, whichever is longer. You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing info@tejvon.com.
5Your Rights
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate information, and to request deletion of your information. Contact info@tejvon.com. We will respond within 30 days.
6Cookies
This website does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. We may use a single session cookie necessary for form functionality. You can disable cookies in your browser without affecting your ability to use this website.
